Great Service & Outstanding Result


I was looking to have my parquet floors refinished and Wayne came out for an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to effectively explain the process, tools, and products used in the process. This, along with the competitive price, let to me choosing Chicagoland Pro.
I was extremely impressed with Joe & the crew that came out to perform the work. They were very friendly, on time, and very clean. Coming into this process I was planning on having to clean up a lot of dust from the sanding process.In the end, it was very close to not even knowing the whole 2nd floor had been sanded. This is a tribute to the the crew’s attention to detail & preparation along with the high quality dustless tools they use.
In the end, I am extremely happy with my refinished floors. I was not expecting them to look this good. The crew started Monday morning and I was moving furniture back in by Friday! I look forward to recommendingRob Morris

After pulling up carpeting in our home, we discovered that the entire first floor had hardwood floors underneath the carpeting. The floors themselves were in fair condition, with the finish worn away in spots, lots of nail holes, some deep scratches and razor lines etc, so we wanted to have them refinished. Wayne, the owner, came over for a free estimate, and it was cheaper than others so we went with them.The job got done quickly, with one full day of sanding, and staining, and two more days for the coats of Poly. All nail holes were repaired, razor lines sanded away. They use a dustless sander, which really cuts down on the dust in the rest of the house. Our floor looks FANTASTIC! I would highly recommend Chicagoland Pro Hardwood Flooring if you are looking at completely changing the look of your floors/home. We could not be happier with the results.Chris Fanone

We just had our whole first floor hardwood floors refinished using Chicagoland Pro and they look awesome!! The crew was courteous, prompt and did great work! Wayne Wamicke was friendly to work with and gave a fair and reasonable proposal! Very happy with their work!

I didn’t know what to expect after calling Chicagoland pro-hardwood from pictures that I liked in their ad on the Internet. Wayne was extremely knowledgeable about flooring and finishes, and has had years of experience. I was able to schedule my project within two weeks and it only took two days. The crew were incredible to work with,extremely helpful, moving furniture, with extreme attention to detail. As you can see from the before and after pics, the results of the floor that looked all of its 40 years without being refinished, turned out looking like brand-new!
The crew was extremely clean, very vigilant in there taping off of doorways etc. and wonderful with the cleanup and moving the furniture back in place.
My arm is in a sling and I’m recovering from rotator cuff surgery, so I’m limited in what I can lift and they were extremely helpful and made sure I didn’t lift anything or exert myself.
I am not used to this level of quality ,service and exceptional pricing in this day and age! I can’t say enough about the team and the results!Jeff Hale
